On a more basic level, gay and lesbian issues at work are a question of human rights and equal opportunities.These issues are also an occupational safety matter and should be treated as such by trade unions and employers’ organisations. This booklet will give you specific advice on how to create a workplace of equality (What should be done and who should do it?). It will also give you advice on how to start and run a project to improve working conditions for everybody.
