A Diversity Toolkit
The toolkit refers to the representation of ethnic and cultural minorities, and especially their portrayal in news and current affairs programmes on television. Since the strategies to combat discrimination are often similar, however, some of the practices described can be applied to other discrimination areas, such as sexual orientation, gender, age and disability.
